I stand unwavering in my opposition to mandates that strip away opportunities for education or livelihood in WV.

West Virginia currently does not allow for a religious exemption, while medical exemptions are so rare, they are almost non-existent in our state as well.

The West Virginia Constitution states that "no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, and the judgement of peers." The imposed mask mandates, the creation of the term 'Essential' in regard to person or business and the requirement of vaccines, all violated this principle.
